About products

oliveoilbrajko.com is a specialized web store for the sale of olive oils.

 

All prices in the oliveoilbrajko.com store are expressed in euros (eur) and include value added tax (VAT). Shipping costs are not included in the product price. Brajko OPG reserves the right to change the price at any time.

Terms of sale

Payment methods

The oliveoilbrajko.com online store allows you the following payment methods:​

  • Payment by cards - the oliveoilbrajko.com online store allows payment by Maestro, MasterCard and Visa cards.

 

Delivery

Delivery is made within a few days (depending on the place/country of delivery). Delivery is door to door to any address. In case of failed delivery, no special fee is charged for the return of the shipment.

The shipping price is calculated automatically on the shopping cart page, depending on the weight of the package and the country of delivery.

 

The goods are insured against loss during delivery. If the buyer does not receive the package, he must notify the seller so that he can take action to find or send a new shipment.
Goods are shipped every working day at 10 a.m. If products are available, all orders placed by that time will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 10 am will be sent the next working day. Immediately after the shipment of the goods, we will inform you of the tracking code with which you can check the location of your shipment at any time.
By purchasing, the customer agrees to write a phone number on the package label for the purpose of easier and faster delivery.

Complaints

Pursuant to the Law on Consumer Protection, the customer has the right to complain. A complaint is considered valid if it meets the conditions for a complaint in accordance with the Law on Obligations and the Law on Consumer Protection. The buyer is obliged to return the product to the seller within the agreed time to the agreed address. The seller is obliged to replace the product or return the entire amount paid to the customer within 14 days of receiving a valid complaint.

Online dispute resolution

By special regulation of the European Union, dated 15.2.2016. throughout the EU, disputes related to online purchases can be resolved through a platform that you can access here.
This means that if you encounter a problem during an online purchase within the EU (defective product, inability to exchange the product, etc.), you can submit your complaint at the above link.
The platform can be used by both consumers and traders, and complaints can be submitted in any of the 23 official languages of the EU.

We take all necessary measures to ensure that user data is protected on our pages. Confidential data is protected both online and offline.
